This is not a full printed clock it still uses a store bought inner clock works the printed parts are just for appearance.  I saw this clock (http://imgur.com/gallery/VXLkJP8) on Reddit and I was inspired to try and design my own. It’s a unique design when the time is read in the red window of the clock face.

The Five basic parts of the clock.

The clock runs off a normal (high torque) clock movement.

The hour Dial is modeled after a motorcycle wave brake rotor and I went with a little Bio hazard theme for the dial supports. The print was paused when it got to the numbers layer and the filament changed to get the black numbers.

The minutes hands are also modeled after a brake rotor.

I ended up changing to a simple line pointer to be able to closer read a more accurate time.

Timelapse

This is another one I saw somewhere and was also inspired to create.  On this one the hour is read in the window and the minutes by the red hand.  It’s a little harder to read a accurate time but still a very unique design. In this picture the time would be about 10:02.
