Simple Mouse Trap

This was my first print that I designed and I printed when I first received my first printer.  This is just a simple tilting mouse trap I came up with just to test out features like lettering, wall thickness, dimensions, and what clearances were possible on my 3d printer. The door is held up with the extension lever and as the mouse moves to the rear of the trap to go after the bait in the plug the trap tilts and the door is released. The door is help shut via two magnets, one in the door itself the other in the base.

The four basic parts of the trap. The Body, Door, Hinge Pin, and the Bait Plug.  The plug has a hollow section that is filled with peanut butter.
