Custom Swimbait Jigheads

These are some more custom swimbait type jig heads that I made. These are a slightly larger version of the ones I made for the Micro Swimbait I made before.  I did a two part series on YouTube of on the entire process from Design, to pouring the mold, to making the heads.

The design is basically the same but enlarged to fit a size 3 hook and I also made the eyes bigger to fit the custom eyes I make.

As always the master mold box is first 3D printed…

… and the actual mold is poured from Mold Max 60 high temp silicone.

Here are the first batch of painted Jigheads ready for some swimbaits.

I painted them in various colors with an airbrush before clear coating them.

Next I had to make some custom swimbaits to fit these…

By request I also designed a mold that should take a variety of different hooks but I haven’t tried this one myself yet.
